Author Bio

Christine Burke fell in love with yoga as an actress and a dancer in New York, 1994. She received her first certification six years later as a 200-hour level teacher and she has been teaching full time ever since. Christine is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance at the 500-hour-plus level and has taught thousands of students of all ages. She opened Liberation Yoga in 2004, which has since appeared in the Top 20 Yoga Studios In The World byTravel + Leisuremagazine and Best Yoga Studio In LA byLA Weekly. Her teaching has likewise been featured inLA Times,LA Weekly,Yogi Times,LA Yoga,Westways,Great Yoga Teachersand many online magazines. The author lives in Los Angeles, USA, with her daughter, Clementine.
