The Beauty of a Mother's Love In The Heart of a Mother, author Paula J. Fox celebrates all that makes mothers so special. Paula is no stranger to Simple Truths' readers. Her poetry and quotes have brought joy to millions in the Heart of a Teacher and the Heart of a Caregiver. In this eBook, the beautiful artwork will jump off of your screen. Paula compares a mother's love to 30 different species of flowers. Any mother will enjoy the pairing of the beauty of a mother's love with quotes inspired by the unique bond between mothers and children. A mother's love is portrayed in a beautiful floral design that's a feast for the eye as well as the soul. Each flower represents a different characteristic of mothers. For example, The Gladiola is compared to mothers as follows- "It takes a lot of strength to be a Mother, illustrated by the Gladiola...a strong powerful flower that is a favorite in large arrangements because of its size. The name Gladiola comes from a Greek word meaning "sword"; reminding us that a mother is a powerful force for her children. She is their advocate, always on their side, and is willing to fight for them against all adversity."
PAULA J. FOX describes herself as a lifetime student whose passion is to continue learning and applying godly wisdom in her life so that she can share it with others. Her desire is to inspire and motivate others to live a life of purpose and significance. She is a teacher at heart with a degree in special education and 35 years of experience teaching and leading all ages from preschool through adult. She and her husband, Larry, have three grown children, and she is now able to devote more of her time to writing. Besides being a teacher and leader in her own church, she is the founder and leader of L'dor (Ladies' day of renewal), a home-based Bible study for women. This ministry, which began over 25 years ago, meets weekly in homes where they worship together through songs and scriptures, sharing and studying God's Word together. Paula loves researching and writing her own lessons for L'dor as well as writing poetry and prose. She also enjoys speaking to women's groups and retreats.
