Sierra Hollister is one of my favorite yoga teachers and my awe for her is refreshed with this beautiful, beautiful book. Moon Path Yoga manages to be accessible, non-intimidating for the novice while also brimming with wisdom for teachers. It affirms the connection that I, along with my daughters, have always felt to the moon. In wedding the moon with yoga, Sierra has created an enduring gift reminding us that yoga is not about youth or physical prowess but instead living and aging with grace, with both the bliss and clarity when we stay connected to earth, moon, and each other.Andie McDowell, actress
