Description

With more and more marriages ending in divorce and the growing trend in re-marriage, we are seeing a fundamental shift in the pattern of family life. Much has been written about the ingredients of a good relationship but we need to build a picture that identifies the ingredients of a good divorce. Parents involved in these new family patterns have struggled to find ways of relating that work for all members. Some have been more successful than others. Their experiences, taken together with current research, can help guide decision making for parents who put a high priority on helping their children through these confusing and frightening times. This book aims to tell you not only what makes a good divorce, but also the ways in which this can be achieved. If you want to lessen the negative impact of your separation on your children, this book could help you succeed.
