Increasing evidence is emerging that nasal breathing is simply different from mouth breathing. This book introduces readers--adult, child, medically-trained, or no--to the notion that THE NOSE RULES, and that proper health and vitality is linked to being able to breathe through the nose.
This is a playful book designed to promote awareness of the importance of nasal breathing for kids. The book is meant to start conversations about the foundational importance of nasal breathing during development, and to promote health. Intended audiences are medical providers interested in Sleep Medicine and Airway Focused Dentistry.
"I tell my patients, my family, and my friends...nasal breathing is foundational to autonomic balance and healthful development. I agreed to illustrate this book because I believe in my bones that the message must be heard."
