What To Know Before Seeing Your Pediatrician is an illustrated collection of important, basic information that all parents should be aware of prior to taking their children to see a paediatrician. This includes symptoms of colds and fevers, as well as numerous minor illnesses and injuries. The book serves as a simple reference, allowing parents to treat the simple illnesses and injuries without involving a doctor. Also includes colourful drawings and charts that easily provide a solid understanding of what happens in the body of a sick child.
Peter Jung, M.D., is board certified in pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He graduated from Baylor College of Medicine and completed his residency in their affiliated hospitals including Ben Taub General Hospital and Texas Children's Hospital. He currently has a thriving private practice, Blue Fish Pediatrics. Born in Passaic, NJ, he lives in Houston, TX with his wife and three children (2 sons and a daughter). Becky S.
