My Fitness Journey goes beyond looking at just fitness to help improve your overall quality of life and ability to remain active in the things that you love. This journal is going to challenge you to look at what is important to your life, identify what goals you have, and then hold you accountable to go after those goals daily. In today's world, we have instant gratification, and everything is at the tip of our fingers. The goal of this journal is to not only help you achieve your fitness goals and become more active, but truly look at what is important in your life. With the mountain of "to dos" that we have each day, this journal is going to allow you to slow down and focus on yourself, your goals, and the things in your life for which you are thankful. More importantly, this journal is going to challenge you to identify roadblocks in your personal and professional life that are keeping you from achieving your goals or keeping you from the things that are important in your life. You do not have to go with the status quo anymore, and this journal is going to be the first step towards a happy and healthier you.
Book Baby was instrumental in the development of this journal from the preliminary stages of development, putting pen to paper, organizing, and final production. This started as an idea of something that I wanted to do to help people achieve their fitness goals and become more active. The team at Book Baby saw my vision and helped push me to achieve the most out of my goal. Without their guidance, experience, assistance, and recommendations, I do not know that I would have gotten this project off the ground in the time, energy, and over productivity. Book Baby not only assisted me in the production of this journal, but they also ensured that I receive an adequate and favorable portion of the proceeds for each journal sold. These proceeds are going to be directed back into more products and services to help those seeking to improve themselves.
