"Un-Less: Mindful Journaling for Body Positivity, Wellness and Unconditional Self-Love", provides a scientific yet intuitive approach to improving your eating habits and body image. Mindfulness involves paying attention, to the present moment, without judgment, and with loving-kindness. The book contains 122 journal prompts and space to reflect on how to change your thought patterns, nourish yourself without judgement, and cultivate self-compassion. This new orientation to eating creates liberation from the degrading self-criticism that Diet Culture creates. The Un-Less journaling exercises are grounded Motivational Interviewing, a proven way to help people create strategies to improve health behaviors for the long-term.
