She had over 30 years of experience in diabetes care and education and was the 2005 Diabetes Educator of the Year by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics DCE division. Tami A. Ross, RD, LD, CDE is a dietitian, spokesperson, and consultant with over 20 years of experience in diabetes education. Tami was named Diabetes Educator of the Year in 2008 by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics DCE division and was the President of the American Association of Diabetes Educators in 2013.
