bring a level of power and deliverance that cannot be obtained any
other way. Not because of the book, but because God said that some
deliverances we need can ONLY happen when we fast and pray.

Of course, fasting is NOT a requirement to read this book!

However, I am compelled to share the tremendous impact that fasting can have when you are trying to grow spiritually at a moment in
time of your life, or if you need great breakthrough or deliverance

If you have friends who are also mothers, it may be fun to go
through the devotional and fast together. Having someone to talk
with and pray through the topics with may help enrich the experience.

But if you do not have anyone to go through it with, I trust that
you will still get what you need and Yah will walk with you.

Resist the urge to read ahead. The book is designed to give you
food for thought to meditate, and really pray about. So read it one
day at a time.

Read it with a journal to write down any thoughts, questions or
ideas that may stir in your mind. This will help you chart personal
applications and remember your thoughts down the line.
