Do you want that feeling of being 'all in' with someone you love Australian sex and relationship therapist - and Instagram star - Lucille Shackleton gives you the tools to create a thriving, loving and lasting relationship with the person you love. The most common theme that Lucille has observed in both her clinical experience and via her large and growing online community can be summed up like this- 'I love my partner, but it feels like we've become friends or roommates, not lovers. The romance has gone'. Lucille's clients and followers online ask her what to do and how to get the spark back. They tell her they love their partner and have a decent relationship, but something has changed since they first got together. Lucille explains that the process of creating a relationship you love, not just having a partner you love, starts with you. She will take you step by step through the ingredients you need, including self-awareness and the willingness to be vulnerable, to create a relationship you love with the person you love, and give you the recipe for real intimate connection. This book is relatable and informative and makes clinical information easily digestible. Each chapter will include example cases from clients, and the structure will involve explaining the topic, teaching you how to explore and respond to it and then provide practical strategies, including activities and reflection questions.

She is currently completing her Masters in Psychosexual Therapy at Sydney University.
