An immersive and empowering book that moves beyond simply helping you heal your heartbreak to empower you to seize the future and make your life fully your own.
Its an inevitable part of human existence, something which is universally understood.
But why do we still not know how to deal with heartbreak
This book will help you put down the Ben and Jerrys (if you want to) and heal. Rooted in psychology and personal experience, The Heartbreak Hotel will empower you to own your heartbreak and work through your pain with a well-researched and compassionate therapeutic approach, rooted in theory.
The Heartbreak Hotel addresses heartbreak as an experience with a unique architecture and psychological profile, tackling it with the most up-to-date approaches in therapy, coaching and philosophy to provide readers with a clear pathway to recovery. It shows you how your heartbreak can be your freedom.
Alice and Ruth draw on their wealth of professional and personal experience to hold your hand whilst guiding you to find yourself at The Heartbreak Hotel.
The Heartbreak Hotel was set up in 2020 as a retreat for heartbroken women by good friends Alice and Ruth, who met at Edinburgh University. Their mission is to light up hearts all over the world.
