Acknowledging that divorce is a very stressful and emotional experience, and that even when major issues are resolved, some adjustments will take years, this handbook is designed to help those involved in divorce from the moment of shock and grief to the process of inner healing and wholeness. It includes a recovery programme which is suitable for both small group discussions and individual use.
