Description

In many instances Arthritis can be prevented through simple, power and relaxed exercises - the key points being 'proper and relaxed'. In this revised third edition, Dr. Yang presents numerous Qigong exercises, updated theory, and revised instructions for performing, the Qigong exercises, making them easier to follow and learn from.

Reviews

"Current pharmacological treatments for arthritis are effective to various degrees in controlling the symptoms, but with great drawbacks, including potential toxicity, cost and potential detrimental effects on both mood and immune function. An effective non-pharmacological therapy for arthritis that returns control to the patients without side effect would have a major impact on arthritis treatment. Qigong therapy from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) shows promise in this direction." World Institute for Self Healing
