Biblical knowledge is important to the Church. Its importance inspired the writing of this book and the abundance of knowledge that it shares. If members of the Body of Christ receive edification from the information contained herein, its purpose will have been fulfilled. The Scriptures instruct us to let all things be done unto edifying one another and this is the author's way of hopefully providing this edification.
Leroy Rasberry began his personal relationship with Jesus Christ in September 1980, and was initially called in 1985 as an Evangelist Minister of Music. On August 28, 1988, he was Ordained through the Apostolic Evangelistic Association, Inc. in Miami, Florida, by Dr. Gilbert S. Smith, Pastor. During 1990 Evangelistic meetings were held in Miami, Florida, Jacksonville, Florida, and Tallahassee, Florida. During this same year, Leroy was privileged to host a weekly gospel Radio segment on WTCL (1580 AM) in Chattahoochee, Florida. In 1990 he was also allowed to regularly preach the Gospel at the Haven of Rest Rescue Mission in Tallahassee, Florida and continued this Gospel work for ten years. On February 24, 2008, he received a second Ordination from Bible Believers Fellowship in Tallahassee, Florida, by Dr. Dennis Young, Pastor, and participated in Jail ministry for several years. In July 2008, he accepted an Assistant Pastor position at New Life Ministries and Community Center, in Tallahassee, Florida under Pastor Robert Law. And on July 1, 2012, after Pastor Law's retirement, he became the Pastor.
Bible Thoughts and Personal Comments is a gift to the Body of Christ for the purpose of edification, exhortation, and comfort.
