Mark Josefsberg was a musician for many decades until neck and hand pain stopped him in his tracks. He tried everything before finding success with the Alexander Technique. He's been studying the AT since the late 1990's and has been a Certified Alexander teacher since 2003.
Jessica Penzias is an award-winning playwright, theatrical producer, and investor. In addition to her work in theater, she is an executive coach and editor. She holds a degree in creative writing and theatre arts from the University of Pennsylvania and a certificate in professional coaching from NYU.
