Author Bio

I am a mother of three daughters and have an active internal
medicine practice in NYC. I believe that children lead a
healthier lifestyle when empowered with facts at a younger
age. I hope this book inspires your children to be more in
control of the daily habits which affect their well-being. Cassie is a student illustrator at the School of Visual Arts
in New York City, and a Rochester native. She has always
loved visual and performing arts, and is excited to share
Myles' story through her illustrations!
