Align with the Guidance of Your Soul by Attuning to Your Chakras and Vagus Nerve
Packed with more than forty-five hands-on exercises, this paradigm-shifting book helps you understand that your physical self is the road to your spiritual awakening.
Your Soul navigates your nervous system. Your chakras are an extension of your Soul's energy. Trauma therapist C. J. Llewelyn, MEd, LPC, teaches you how to listen to these systems, trust your inner wisdom, and live a more balanced and peaceful life.
This follow-up to Chakras and the Vagus Nerve provides meditations, writing prompts, and visualizations in every chapter, each of them designed to meet you where you are. While the previous book covered questions of what, this one covers how: how to understand your body's internal messages, not act against your body, and regain a Soulful connection to yourself.
"An excellent book tying together the chakras with a deep understanding of trauma. Truly unique in its approach, the author writes with great compassion and well-articulated science as she explores the various ways the vagus nerve plays out in each chakra. With many easy to follow exercises for healing and awakening, I highly recommend this book for therapists and anyone on their own healing journey."

"You are all equipped with a highly intelligent vehicle that carries you through life: your body. C.J. Llewelyn has given you the user's manual to help you maintain and optimize the complex intersection of your nervous and endocrine systems that form the physiological basis of your energetic body and the chakras. The vagus nerve, also known as the wandering nerve, is a mind-body superhighway of communication. The practices within this book are the keys that help you to successfully navigate stress while allowing you to find greater freedom in your body and mind."
