David Moore draws on thirty years of knowledge and experience to present a useful, comprehensive guide for bringing the insights of the Alexander Technique to yoga for a safer, more effective practice.
[Smart Yoga] has many merits, including clarity of purpose and lightness of style. Davids overview of yoga is concise and clear-headed, and therefore useful to both someone who has practiced yoga steadily and to someone coming to it for the first time. His introduction to the Alexander Technique is comprehensive without being overwhelming.
