Description

First printed during the crest of the Women's Spiritual movement, Motherpeace Cards created a sensation as a multicultural tarot designed for woman. Depicting people of colour, older women, children, animals and balanced roles for men and women, Motherpeace embraces images from ancient cultures and contemporary tribal peoples to convey the fundamental principles of the deck; co-operation, relatedness, egalitarianism and ecstatic communion. RITUALS AND PRACTICES WITH THE MOTHERPEACE TAROT offers exercises, rituals, and spreads for a deeper spiritual practice that taps into and manifests the divine feminine through ritual readings, rights of passage, daily meditative practice and seasonal celebration. Vicki Noble teaches how to use the diverse imagery of the Motherpeace deck to read the past, present, and future. Invoke good health on the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical planes; nurture healthy relationships, receive divine guidance during critical decision-making and celebrate sacred holidays. Appropriate for both beginners and those who have knowledge of tarot, RITUALS AND PRACTICES WITH THE MOTHERPEACE TAROT includes historical background, descriptions of the cards, and numerous rituals and exercises for everyday and special use of the deck.
