'Tom is the man that changed my life. After my experience of FreeMind I felt amazing, totally unstoppable. I really believe it could change the world.' Musician and broadcaster Myleene Klass
Tom Fortes Mayer takes all his experiences and skills as a therapist and puts them into this life-changing book. Readers are invited to understand their place in the world through where they are in relation to any limiting childhood fears they may be holding onto unconsciously. By revealing how to use his FreeMind Process, he then gives readers the tools to create the life they really want. The FreeMind Process involves three major 'pillars': the art and science of peace (emotional intelligence and deprogramming fear); the art and science of power (programming ourselves to be our very best with success psychology); and the art and science of purpose (deepening our connection to ourselves and others to experience unconditional love).
By working through this programme, you will understand why you think as you do, how you can lose the thinking that keeps you afraid and stunted, and how you can connect to a deep, lasting happiness. Throughout the book, Fortes Mayer gives entertaining and at times terrifying anecdotes about how he came to believe what he does. Senior psychology lecturer, Dr. Bal Rana PhD, says: "This emotional intelligence system is the best that I have ever come across. It really works for lots of different kinds of people."
'I find FreeMind really powerful and I recommend it for everyone but in prisons and schools it could be an absolute revolution' -- Mark Johnson, Guardian Columnist, adviser to Ministry of Justice and author of Wasted.
