Description

The teachings of Melchizedek--a totally balanced, authoritative incarnation of Christ--on topics such as reincarnation, spiritual development, and free will, are presented in this manual that relates a positive approach to the current transitional stage of spiritual evolution. Contending that the unconditional love of God is bombarding the earth in an influx of neutrinos, this account provides a history of Melchizedek, who is a major influence in both the New and Old Testaments but is vastly understudied in most churches. Promoting a harmonious view of religion--where there is one God, understood and worshiped in a variety of different ways, each serving a purpose to those worshipping and to the overall understanding of spirituality--this testament to the Order is both down-to-earth and profound.

Reviews

"Daniel Chesbro has written a blueprint of where we are today while providing a roadmap for the future... The book is recommended reading for those seeking hope, direction, and spiritual insight." -Glenn Sanderfur, director, development, Edgar Cayce organizations, and author, Lives of the Master "The obvious never satisfies Chesbro. He trains people to think for themselves, to look past anything he tells them, even if the information came in a vision." -P.M.H. Atwater, lhd, author, The Big Book of Near-Death Experiences "Daniel Chesbro has written a blueprint of where we are today while providing a roadmap for the future... The book is recommended reading for those seeking hope, direction, and spiritual insight." -Glenn Sanderfur, director, development, Edgar Cayce organizations, and author, Lives of the Master

Author Bio

Daniel was born in Groton Connecticut, on August 22, 1944. His intuitive abilities awakened in childhood with dreams and a feeling of guidance. As a college student at the University of Connecticut, his experiences lead him to pursue a ministerial career. Following seminary training at Andover Newton Theological School, Crozer Seminary, and Colgate Divinity School, Rev. Chesbro becam an American Baptist minister serving congregations in Boston, Philadelphia, Rochester, and Webster New York. At age 33 he bagan traveling to spiritual conferences teaching, counseling, lecturing and appearing on radio and televsion. For several years he hosted a cablevision program called "The Open Door". His work has taken him all over the United States, Canada, Europe, India, Egypt and Tibet. In the past nearly 25 years, Dan has ordained nearly 17,000 people into the Order of Melchizedek from all the major countries of the world and this past summer convened A School for the Prophets to commission teachers to promulgate the teachings of Melchizedek. In childhood Jim Erickson got into trouble because he often knew things that he had no way of knowing. He quickly learned to keep such things to himself. He later came to understand that he has the gift of clairessentience. Jim was raised in the Catholic tradition, and attended Catholic elementary school and a Christian Brothers high school. In religion classes his inquiries were often responded to with "That's a mystery" or "You'll have to accept that on faith." At 14 years of age he began reading books about the world's religions and philosophies, including ancient and sacred texts, looking for better answers and further information--an inquiry that continues to this day. Through the years he studied various esoteric topics as his curiosity was aroused. In 1979 he began such studies and work in earnest, and has since developed the ability to do psychic readings, see auras, call in heavenly and angelic assistance, perform healings, and so forth. At the age of 11 he heard a very brief reference made to Melchizedek, and as he describes it, he experienced what felt like an electric shock fly up his spine and "...smacked me in the back of the head!" He had a knowingness that he would find out about this Melchizedek person at some point in time, a name that strangely resonated with him. That time came when he discovered the Sanctuary of the Beloved in 1993, and was ordained into the Order. As Jim puts it, part of his mission in life is to "kick start" those who are just beginning their spiritual journey in a conscious manner. He says, "Folks show up in my life and they trust me. Trusting me, they tell me about their 'spiritual thirst' and what they've done about it. Most of them have trepidations and are hanging back, so I kick start them to get them going--that's my mission." He believes that this book can fulfill that mission for those who choose it.
