Free Yourself from the Past and Live as Your Authentic Self
With just a page a day, you can connect to your profound inner teacher and transform your life. Molly Chanson provides simple, daily practices that are organized into twelve chapters based on yoga philosophy, psychology, addiction recovery, and her own experiences. These practices are designed to help you align with your truth, find your purpose, and walk through the fire until you gain a new sense of Self. You'll use saucha (cleansing) to clear your inner and outer worlds, pranayama (breathwork) to master your nervous system, aparigraha (letting go) to heal and stay in the present moment, and more. The answers you seek are within.
"This book is a privilege to read, to contemplate, and to own. It delivers on the promise that all authors should fulfill for their readers: it educates, inspires, and informs. Chanson's work broadens the reader's mindset and reaches into the heart, facilitating change. The effect on the individual is personal growth. The impact on society is hope."Julie Ryan McGue, author of the award-winning memoir Twice a Daughter: A Search for Identity, Family, and Belonging
"Seasoned with personal experience, directed practices, and ancient teachings, this is a book of transformation in daily doses that is begging to be read, reflected on, and taken to heart. The end of 365 days will find the reader with a heart more open, a will more disciplined, and surprised by the potency of small consistent effort."Deborah Adele, author of The Yamas & Niyamas: Exploring Yoga's Ethical Practice
