Description

The new book from Sunday Times bestselling author.

Tap into your innate power to pick up signals and develop your psychic abilities using ancient divination systems and modern methods.
Those who believe they can sense things beyond time, space and the material are in the majority. A dream coming true, correctly following an inexplicable hunch, noting signs and coincidences, accurately predicting the future; these are all instances of psychic experiences.

Blending personal development and scientific study with mindfulness practices, this book explores the theory behind psychic abilities, along with practical ways in which we can harness them. Through case studies, exercises and meditations, every reader can learn how to empower their decision-making and trust their senses.

Reviews

[Theresa is] Mysterious, illuminating, kind and informative
Russell Brand

A must-read for anyone on a spiritual path who thinks they might benefit from the gift of foresight. As Theresa so wisely (and whimsically) states, being tapped into our psychic gifts is shifting from being in the minority to becoming the majority. And this book, I believe, is the tipping point. I cant recommend it enough.
Kelly Sullivan Walden, bestselling author

Empower Your Inner Psychic presents the perfect road map drawn from common sense, science, and deep soulful wisdom to support anyone in uncovering their natural psychic gifts. Let Cheung take you through the process, stay positive and love yourself as she instructs; your perspective on psychic capacities will almost certainly shift by the end of the book and you may pick up a skill or two. There's no scientific reason why you wouldn't!
Julia Mossbridge, PhD, Professor and Co-Author of The Premonition Code

Empower Your Inner Psychic gives us permission to explore our untapped human potential. Taking the taboos head-on, it demystifies the pervasive negative myths about our innate intuitive abilities. A joyful and engaging guide, Theresa walks us on a simple path to learn and nurture our psychic abilities for increased happiness and well-being.
Dr Helane Wahbeh

It has been said that the magic of today is the science of tomorrow. Theresa has given us a wonderful description of the magical aspects of our human potential as well as the current scientific activities that support them. Theresa has given us a taste of tomorrows science today, and it would be wise to use her book to start your personal journey today.
Professor Carlyle T Smith

Empower your inner psychic at once inspires and guides; we are undergoing a transformation in awareness both collectively and individually and Theresa Cheung is a wayshower of that transformation.
Dr Adam Rizvi
