Daniel Jin Blum, Ph.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist who practices an integrative approach to wellbeing and specializes in sleep health. As a sleep coach at UC Berkeley and a Behavioral Sleep Medicine Fellow at Stanford, he is passionate about helping people reach their peak performance by improving their sleep health through cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based techniques. Dr. Blum, a transracial Korean-adoptee, draws extensively on his training in multicultural psychology and enjoys working with adults on identity development, stress management, and relational health.aAdditionally, he hosts meditation circles at Recess, a wellbeing studio he runs with his wife, enjoys playing guitar, and is an avid soccer player. Dr. Blum lives in San Francisco and has a private practice in Redwood City, California.
