Author Bio

In the late 80s, after graduating from college and on my way to law school, Lee made a detour and joined his stepfather in a small countertop and cabinetmaking business in Brooklyn, New York that he had started back in 1956.

33 years and over 1,000 successful projects later, Lee built The Renovated Home, (now TRH New York) into the premiere residential design/build firm in New York City always delivering on that on-time and on-budget promise that the originally based the company on.

Their reputation of honesty, reliability, expertise in the design, planning and executing of projects in the most demanding buildings and valuable properties in Manhattan is what they pride their entire reputation on. Built on the recommendations of satisfied clientele is something never taken for granted and it's gratifying that in many cases they are onto the second generation of families seeking renovation expertise.

In 2016, Lee began working with the ultra-elite brokers in New York and the Hamptons, identifying and curating properties that were in need of renovations and when approached pragmatically, highlighted to buyers what an opportunity these properties actually were. Lee invented the platform: "The Pre Sale Proposal" which provides a granular pricing structure for a project before buyers make their offer and provides a unique and realistic view to the sellers of properties needing consequential work prior to listing.

6 years and over 500 million dollars of properties later, they have incorporated their Pre Sale renovation proposals into the listings of virtually every high end broker in New York City.

This is his first book in a series
