Business Consultant and Executive Coach Maxine Nwaneri works with mothers to create time and space for self care and mental wellbeing. With maternal mental health issues on the rise, more women are speaking up about work-life balance. Maxine's insight and coaching process is drawn from insight gained consulting with mothers in the workplace in some of the world's most successful corporate businesses as well as her own motherhood journey. Passionate about helping women overcome obstacles to prioritising themselves and self-care, Maxine shows mothers and mothers to be how they can empower themselves and reduce overwhelm through the ever-changing landscape of balancing work, career choices and motherhood.
