Author Bio

Tony Buon is an experienced leadership trainer and workplace psychologise. He is an Associate Lecturer at Robert Gordon University, and has previously lectured on MBA courses. He holds degrees in Psychology, Behavioural Sciences and Workplace Education. He trains, mentors and coaches leaders at various different levels of their professional development.
