He is an accomplished speaker, having been invited to present workshops and talks at various well-known corporate and professional events. In more than twenty years of professional experience, he's built an impressive data set: He has worked at three of the largest global companies, been an HR leader for more than fifteen years, counseled hundreds of employees in career development, conducted thousands of interviews, and reviewed nearly 100,000 resumes. He has worked in multiple industries, including retail, grain, sweeteners, chemical, IT, and executive recruitment. In his free time, he coaches basketball, is a movie addict, loves 80s music, and writes both fiction and non-fiction. This book--his first published work--was written out of his passion for helping others.
