Reviews

"Find Your Self-Love Here is a warm, inviting, and engaging journal for teens. This is not blank-page journaling which intimidates. Instead, Lisa begins with simple explanations of self-love and then moves into guiding exercises of self-discovery. Each page is a new creative thought exercise. I have used Lisa's journals as resources for adolescents in my medical practice for years. They are gifts on the journey of self-understanding and self-acceptance. This is another gem."
--Kathryn Miller, MD, family physician specializing in pediatrics who has practiced at an FQHC on the west side of Chicago for eighteen years--Kathryn Miller, MD
