He is the founder of LEAD Global, a worldwide organization dedicated to helping people thrive and succeed in the current world paradigm shift. He is also the co-founder of CO-LEAD International, an organization dedicated to developing new models of leadership in a transformed world, with an emphasis on young people. He is the middle son of James and Naomi Sisk of Waterloo, Iowa.
