As a multi-sport athlete, Jill Payne represented Canada in both sprint canoe and rugby before turning her focus to helping others, including working as a sought-after celebrity trainer. Her background in kinesiology and education eventually led Jill to her Masters in Employee Engagement & Workplace Performance. She founded Be A Dime Energy Management and began working with companies across North America - including NBC, Google, Sony, McDonald's, Pepsico, Panasonic, Boeing, JPL, and Western Union - to reinvigorate productivity, enhance corporate culture, and influence positive business outcomes. Her work has been featured in Vogue, Glamour, Elle, and SELF. Recently, Jill returned to the sports world, as the mental skills and culture coach of the Canadian Olympic Women's 7's rugby team. She lives on Vancouver Island with her daughter.
