Describing my book is difficult, as there are many chapters about different challenges in life. Mostly, this book is meant to guide men. Men are sometimes painted as inherently bad, and I do no agree with this. I do believe men need direction and inspiration, just like anyone else. My book offers solutions to modern day quandaries, and I provide vivid details of my successes and failures in life. My hope is that I will inspire others to make good decisions, and live an abundant life.

Author Bio

Robert Loy is a husband, father, entrepreneur, firefighter and a jiu jitsu blackbelt. He has a passion for writing, living and learning. When he is not doing any of the above, you'd likely find him in the weight room or behind a drum set.
