Author Bio

Margi Scott is a working millennial mom with an MBA and 14 years of corporate sales experience who still doesn't know what she wants to be when she grows up. Her passion is mentoring others and advocating for those who do not have a voice, in work and in life. Margi founded Take 12 in 2016 to bring awareness to the crisis of unpaid parental leave in the United States.

She believes that Millennials have had a unique experience in their path to adulthood and that messages are confused around the importance of and the path to authenticity. Margi lives in MN with her Contractor husband and their brood of kids and dogs.
