"Reminders We Call Guidance" is a rich yet easily digestible book that supports us in reconnecting with ourselves and the present moment. It can be read in full or we can flip to a random page and find what is meant for us. These reminders came through during a series of meditations over a 4 month period. They served as guidance on a path to choosing differently, to trusting and to stepping into a more authentic way of being. We are calling these "reminders" because they are things we already know but over time and the tribulations of life often lose sight of. The hope with this publication is that it will serve as many people as possible, being used as a tool, a safe space, and most of all a collection of friendly reminders whenever we may need them.
Rose spent the majority of her life in the dark, living disconnected from self and in a dissociative state. Quietly and unknowingly, she was enduring traumas and in a constant state of stress and survival. When she reached a point of almost drowning, with no light and no will to live, a spark surfaced. Through her healing return and study of self, Rose experienced an awakening that reminded her of her inner voice and spirit guides. She gives much credit to her meditation practice. Meditation was key in her returning to self. It helped her with grounding, energy work, channeling her guides and connecting with her mom, aunt and dad on the other side. This collection of reminders is just the beginning of the Love, light and healing Rose hopes to help co-create space for in the world.
