Author Bio

Kara Loewentheil is a master certified life coach who helps anxious and insecure women overcome their internalised social programming, and the host of the New York Times-recommended podcast UnF*ck Your Brain. She runs the coaching community, The Clutch. Kara received her J.D. from Harvard Law School and clerked on the U.S. State Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit before becoming a litigator at the Center for Reproductive Rights. She was a fellow at Yale Law School and ran a think tank at Columbia Law School. She lives in Brooklyn with her family.
