Author Bio

Juliet Erickson is a freelance communication coach to senior executives and politicians around the world and a business mentor to young entrepreneurs. She has also lectured at London Business School and at Stanford University in the US. In 1989 she became a founding partner at Rogen International, one of the world's most successful communication consultancies. When she sold her stake twelve years later, its turnover had soared to $25 million.
