Author Bio

Christine Wilding is a Chartered MCIPD human resource practitioner and a BACP accredited and UKRC registered psychotherapist. She is a member of the BABCP, with post-graduate training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. She works as a CBT therapist in a private psychiatric clinic and as a therapist and life coach in private practice. She also works with professional clients as a coach, therapist, and as a motivational and inter-personal skills trainer.
