Author Bio

Enda McNulty is Ireland's leading performance coach. He has worked with some of the biggest names in Irish sport and his company's many notable corporate clients include Kellogg's, Microsoft and Facebook. In parallel to his outstanding Gaelic Football career, Enda graduated with a degree in psychology from Queen's University, Belfast and a sport science degree from the University of Ulster. He lives in Dublin.
