Dr. Kreisman is a Distinguished Life Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. Hal Straus is the author or coauthor of seven books on psychology, health, and sports topics. He has published numerous articles in national magazines, including American Health, Ladies' Home Journal, Men's Health, and Redbook. Until his retirement in 2014, he was director of publications at the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
