'A brilliant guide to mastering your inner world and finding true fulfillment and happiness.' Deepak Chopra
Have you ever felt like you're hurtling through the daily grind of life, unable to slow down or take a breath Things might look good from the outside, but inside, you're running on empty with no time to reflect on what it's all for.
Greatness is the antidote to this helpless, discontented feeling: it is about self-knowledge and taking control of your inner world; finding meaning and joy beyond the trappings and noise of the modern world. Greatness is fulfilment and purpose on a very personal level, and it's available to all of us-if only we know where to look.
In this book, Sarah Grynberg unpacks her own journey to a meaningful life, as well as what she's learned from her work as a mindset coach and in-depth interviews with influential global thought leaders, celebrities and authors on her podcast A Life of Greatness, to candidly reveal the simple, everyday practices that can help us revive our existence and set us firmly back on our own paths to greatness.
