60 Days of Quarantine is an uplifting and comforting memoir that reflects the highs and lows of life during coronavirus.
Through a difficult and challenging time, author Beth Ashbrook found moments of beauty and joy, and she shares her experiences with us. She has spent many years learning and practicing mindfulness and positivity, things that were necessary during COVID-19.
With the stresses of being in lockdown and unable to work, Beth took on the role of teacher for her two children. In addition to their schoolwork, she also taught them the importance of self-love, being positive and present, and to always look for ways to give back to someone who needs you.
With positivity and mindfulness as her compass, Beth shares the beliefs that she lives by every day. 60 Days in Quarantine will cheer you, challenge you, and encourage you to be a better you.
