In addition to her 8-Step Trauma Healing Program, Allison teaches Reiki, meditation, and hypnotherapy, offers a Holistic Practitioner Certification Program, and facilitates spiritual retreats for women. She has published and recorded six guided meditations and two e-books on overcoming emotional eating.
