Description

When I need Jesus, I breathe. I listen. This tender story captures a child's journey through Israel as she explores where Jesus walks, plays as He plays, and loves as He loves. She learns to know, do, and become. Because of Him, I Know Who I Am encourages everyone to walk in His footsteps, breathe, and listen to "Hear Him."

Author and certified yoga therapist Sydney J. Bond introduces Language Yoga Therapy for children, families, and cognitive aging through yoga movement, breath, sound, and story to optimize brain health. This mindful book series of what it means to discover purpose will serve adults and children of ALL ages and learning styles. In yoga, we practice flipping our lid or being uncomfortable through different poses. Then, we use our breath to self-regulate emotions to know how to put the lid back on and be comfortable again. When we flip our lids, allowing stress and anxiety to inhibit the mind, some parts of our left brain don't work. It's like we have pulled the electrical plug.
For example, one of the functions of the left brain is language. We can jump-start our left brain by learning a new language through yoga poses (asana), vibrational sound and tone (mantra), story (language), and breathing (prana). Language yoga therapy gives power back into the left hemisphere, so both sides of the brain work together in balance.
In addition, we can utilize tonal vibration's healing capacity and power through ancient languages to create balance and peace in the body and mind. Transcendental meditation and mantra defend against life's stressors and can build a fortress against advancing neurological disease. It takes the mind's desire to be active and uses the mantra as its channel.
A daily Language Yoga Therapy practice will cultivate a "reset" to your spiritual foundation to "Hear Him," allowing you to clear your mind and emotions, quiet the fight-or-flight impulses, and keep stress from building up in your nervous system. As a result, you can slow down, explore your personal story, and become more self-aware of where blockages reside through these narratives and mantras.
Your spiritual efforts can create change not only in yourself but also in others. We are more than what we see or feel in the world around us, and when you experience it, you'll know it and find peace despite the challenges life brings. Together, we can bring the world into oneness, through the universal language of love, just like Pangea. To learn a language alongside this story, visit www.pangeaworldlanguages.com for languages offered.

Why Pangea 200-300 million years ago, all continents were joined in a single landmass called Pangea. Now, through PANGEA WORLD LANGUAGE, our world can unite once more as we understand all languages, tongues, and people. Adults, children, and families together can bring the world into a oneness through language yoga therapy, just like Pangea.
