Are you feeling burnt out and lacking motivation Are you overthinking and overanalyzing Do you feel youre stuck in a rut and not reaching your full potential The doctor will see you now ...
Dr Afrosa, medical doctor, mindfulness practitioner and founder of the life-coaching programme MindfulDoc, has written a revolutionary book which offers you a toolkit for life. The concept of mindfulness is very simple: it means paying attention to the present moment in a non-judgemental way. When we break free from our current way of thinking, we bring profound, positive changes to our lives.
Featuring five simple steps, Dr Afrosa uses her knowledge of the human body alongside the ancient practice of mindfulness and shows you how to make long-lasting changes to your health and wellbeing. Unlike other wellbeing coaches she combines modern and traditional approaches to holistic healing at the same time. As Dr Afrosa says, medicine and meditation share from the same Latin root word', and she seamlessly blends both together to create a bespoke wellbeing programme.
Mindful Healing not only reveals the science behind mindfulness, but explains that simply by focusing on the mind, the rest will follow. From boosting confidence to building resilience, as well as creating better clarity and focus, reducing stress, and improving sleep, these are medically based meditations, to transform your life inside and out.
