Description

This is a straightforward introduction to NLP, teaching how the system can make you more effective in every area of your life. Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is widely recognized as a powerful set of approaches and techniques that should enable users to maximize their potential. It focuses on the workings of the mind, the linguistic ways in which we express our experience of the world, and the personal programmes that govern our ways of being in the world. This book shows how NLP can work to improve the way you feel and act in your business, social, emotional, physical and spiritual life. It is split into six simple chapters: three explaining what NLP is, its history and its structure; and three that address the most direct applications of NLP - personal growth, social relationships and work and business. There is also an extensive section of appendices, giving advice to those who want to take their interest in NLP further.
