Author Bio

Jeremy Langmead has spent his career in lifestyle and fashion journalism. He launched the Sunday Times Style supplement, edited Esquire Magazine, was one of the founders of Mr Porter and has written a grooming column for The Times.

Dr David Jack runs a renowned Harley Street aesthetic clinic which specialises in aesthetic medicine and

anti-ageing treatments. In 2017, David launched his own vegan skincare brand.
