She shared the big connection with her mother as she unveiled part of her own struggles. She also analyzes the big factor of emotional pain and how that affects our physiology. The magnificent irony that how she used her pain, to bring awareness to others to learn from her story.
Lastly, she shares her own success in living a healthy life, as she inspires the reader to achieve a new level of consciousness, and awareness and be able to take action with their own health.

Author Bio

Claudia A. Mercado has a degree of Associate in Applied Science Education Practitioner, She has been working as a paraprofessional serving students for near 30 years now; She was selected Governor's Educator of the Year 2016-17 honoring her outstanding services as an educator in New Jersey Schools.
For the last five years, she has been the team leader of the GO RED event for her school community.
Since 2016 she has been working to bring awareness to the community about heart disease. She has contributed extensively as a volunteer speaker for the American Heart Association. In February 2020 She was selected as one of The Real Women for the American Heart Association. Her story was featured in important magazines like Health Monitor, and Real Woman, El Diario NY, Associated Press, CNN in Espanol, Telemundo 62, and many others TV channels around the country. She lives with her family in Metuchen, New Jersey
