Author Bio

Nancy Bonvillain is professor of Anthropology and Linguistics at Bard College at Simons Rock. She is the author of Women and Men: Cultural Constructs of Gender, Fifth Edition, and Language, Culture, and Communication, Eighth Edition. She is also the author of 20 separate ethnographies of Indigenous societies.
