It includes many pictures and events that have shaped the funeral home since its inception. Also included is a full-color campus map as well as an index of all families served across its first 55 years. The book is a wonderful local history of Blount County, Tennessee, and will be of interest to those involved in genealogy research.
Author Bio
C. Lynn Gibson, PhD, DPhil, CFSP, is a Managing Partner of Smith Life & Legacy in Maryville, TN. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, a Master of Arts in Christian Education from Dallas Theological Seminary, a Doctor of Philosophy from Oxford Graduate School, and a Doctor of Philosophy from Stellenbosch University (where he also serves as a Research Associate).
